In fact, the tap water we normally use contains about 1 ton of impurities in the amount that fills an Olympic swimming pool.<br \/>\nUniversities and research institutes use \"ultrapure water\" from which impurities have been removed to improve the reproducibility of experiments, to prepare solvents and culture media used in cutting-edge research such as chemical synthesis, ultra-trace analysis, and cell cultivation, and to perform ultra-clean cleaning of semiconductor components, which require ultimate purity.<br \/>\nELGA Lab Water manufactures ultrapure water apparatuses that are simple and easy to use.
