Model rockets are widely used in STEM education in the United States. Model rockets can be practiced using the physics and mathematics that students learn on a daily basis, and can be used to develop safe rockets that have a proven track record of no accidents. We will hold a seminar to introduce model rocket production as a part of school exploration activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is no charge for participation! We are looking forward to seeing many teachers attend.<\/p>\n

Outline of Implementation<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Date and Time: Saturday, November 13, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
\n<\/span>Flow of the day:
\n<\/span>About model rockets (Mr. Yamada, Chairman, Japan Model Rocket Association)
\n<\/span>The program of exploration using model rockets, introduction of teaching materials, and expected learning (LIBERNESS).
\n<\/span>Lecture by a teacher from the introducing school (Mr. Fujita, Tamano High School, Okayama Prefecture)
\nQuestion and Answer Session<\/span><\/p>\n

From 1:00 p.m., we are working on this project since May of this year.Rocket development program for female junior and senior high school students<\/span>Girls' Rocketry Challenge (GRC) completion ceremony will be held.
\nTeachers attending the information session are welcome to attend the lecture if they wish. (You may leave during the session if you wish.)<\/p>\n
