(The measures will be modified as the situation changes.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>1. measures to be taken at the venue on the day of the event<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In order to limit the number of visitors on the day of the event, the number of presentations was reduced in FY2020 as follows<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u3000&lt;Kanto Tournament<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FY 2019: 12 oral and 106 poster presentations; approximately 600 middle and high school students and teachers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FY2020: 8 oral presentations and 80 poster presentations, approximately 300-350 middle and high school students and teachers are expected.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u3000&lt;Kansai Convention<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FY 2019: 12 oral and 120 poster presentations; approximately 400 middle and high school students and teachers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">FY2020: 8 oral presentations, 70 poster presentations, 250-300 middle and high school students and teachers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Panels for displaying posters will be set up in consideration of social distance, and the aisles in the venue will be wider than in previous years.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Poster presentations will be divided into odd-numbered and even-numbered slots, so as to avoid excessive proximity to neighboring presenters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alcohol sanitizer will be available on each floor of the venue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entrances and exits will be opened at each venue to provide ventilation inside the venue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The program will be divided into the first and second halves for oral and poster presentations so that participants do not stay at the same venue for a long time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>2. visitor relations<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Please be sure to confirm the following items with each team in advance.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If applicable, you will not be allowed to come on the day of the event.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are not feeling well on the day (fever, cough, sore throat, taste disorder, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Travel to a country or region where the government has placed restrictions on entry or required a period of observation after entry within the past 14 days, or have been in close contact with a person residing in this NPP.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Concentrated contact within 14 days with a person who has tested positive for novel coronavirus infection<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Temperature check (non-contact type) at the time of reception, if the temperature result is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Masks are required to be worn in the venue, and those not wearing masks will not be allowed to participate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To avoid excessive contact with the reception staff, participants will be asked to pick up their own name tags and handouts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you become ill during the event, please notify the staff immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During breaks and when having lunch on site, we will announce that we ask for your cooperation in
