Theme: \"Let's Design the Society of the Future<\/h3>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t

The theme of the Tohoku Conference is \"Let's Design Future Society. In past Tohoku conferences, many of the themes have been related to local communities, such as local resources, and junior and senior high school students have discussed the value of local communities. This year, the stage is set in Tomiya City, Miyagi Prefecture, a city with a vision of \"a town where the number of people will continue to increase for 100 years. Tomiya City is looking to realize a \"low-carbon hydrogen society\" in response to the challenges faced by a lifestyle dependent on fossil fuels, but it is necessary to consider changes not only in energy, but also in various other aspects of daily life, such as medical care, disaster prevention, and transportation. It can be said that the next generation should also participate in these discussions. We will create an opportunity to further develop the research themes of junior and senior high school students who are highly sensitive to the local community and provide them with the opportunity to \"nurture next-generation leaders\" who will design the society of the future.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n
