Together with the Benesse Foundation for Children, Inc., Rabiness Co., Ltd. has launched a public call for applications for the “Science Castle Research Fund Benesse Foundation D&I Award” starting June 1, 2024, to support the research activities and scientific education of high school students who will be the future generation. With the aim of realizing a society where future-oriented children can work safely and freely and expand their potential, Rabiness Co., Ltd. will support high school students in conducting research on themselves and help each individual take the first step toward changing the world.

The target field of the open call is "Targeted research or development of any kind focusing on one's own characteristics or minorities". We will create a communication and presentation environment where you can work on your research in your own way without anxiety, and our expert mentors will accompany you in your unprecedented research ideas that are full of individuality and sensitivities.

Are you feeling bewildered, middle and high school students? Perhaps, if you study those feelings thoroughly, it may lead to the first step to change your surroundings and society. Subject areas : All kinds of development and research focusing on one's own characteristics and minorities.
Target: Junior high school students, high school students, and technical college students (3rd year or younger) who are engaged in research activities.
Applicants with hearing or visual impairments are also eligible to apply. (Please consult with us if you have any concerns about other applicant characteristics.)
Application Period: Sunday, June 1, 2025 - Friday, July 25, 2025, 5:00 PM
Purpose of use: Expenses required for research and development (materials, purchase of parts, etc., equipment, transportation, etc., but excluding food and beverage expenses). However, food and beverage expenses are excluded.)
Subsidy Contents: Research grant of 50,000 yen + research mentoring by experts in your field, and a results presentation meeting.
Number of hires: Approximately 5
