Science Castle Research Fund 2024 Benesse Children's Fund D&I Award Selected Teams

2024.11.13
The Science Castle Research Grant 2024 Benesse Children's Fund D&I Award recipient teams have been decided.

Following a rigorous screening process, we are pleased to announce that the following four teams have been selected for the Science Castle Research Grant, Benesse Children's Fund D&I Award, jointly implemented by Benesse Children's Fund and Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. This year, we called for proposals from junior high and high school students nationwide on the theme of "All developments and research focusing on one's own characteristics and minority status." The four selected teams will not only receive funding for their research but will also be accompanied by advisors, including experts in participatory research such as the Kumagai Laboratory at the University of Tokyo, who will work alongside Leave a Nest staff to provide consultation on research methodologies. Furthermore, a research results presentation meeting will be held in March, providing an opportunity for these junior high and high school student researchers to present their findings.

Through this initiative, the Benesse Children's Fund and Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. will actively engage in educational activities to support promising future researchers.
