Project Outline

This special program will focus on global agricultural issues related to people's food and livelihoods. Climate change is causing widespread salt damage in coastal areas around the world, reducing crop yields and threatening the livelihoods of farmers. The first step in confronting this problem is scientific observation using a microscope. In this issue, we will explore the root causes of the problem by utilizing IDDK's technology, the Micro Imaging Device (MID), which can be used anytime, anywhere, and by anyone!
