The Science Castle Research Grant DE&I Award 2025 recipient teams have been decided

With the Benesse Children's Fund, Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. is implementing the Science Castle Research Grant DE&I Award 2025. Following a rigorous selection process, the following five individuals have been selected.

This research grant was open to junior high and high school students nationwide with the theme of "all developments and research focusing on one's own characteristics and minority identity."

The five selected awardees will receive funding for their research expenses, as well as a supportive environment for communication and presentations, allowing them to pursue their research with peace of mind and in their own unique way. Additionally, expert mentors will provide research mentoring for unprecedented and highly individual research ideas that are full of unique sensibilities. We are receiving significant cooperation from individuals such as Associate Professor Shinichiro Kumagai of the Self-Research Field at the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, The University of Tokyo.

Furthermore, the selected participants will be challenged to present at Science Castle in December 2025 and at an online results presentation meeting in March 2026.

Through this initiative, REVANES Corporation and the Benesse Children's Fund will support research by junior and senior high school students on themselves and help each individual take a step forward to change the world, in order to realize "a society where children with a future can expand their own potential in a safe environment where they can engage in learning. We support junior high and high school students in their research into their own subjects and help them to take the first step to change the world.
