Transfer mosquitoes from the drainage net to a plastic bottle and observe them with a drainage net and a rubber band lid instead of a plastic bottle lid.

They can be observed for up to 1-3 days without food, but can also be fed with a syringe of sugar water or other food.
Mosquitoes can carry viruses, so be careful not to get bitten.
